Payments are handled via PayPal. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Customers can choose standard (United States Postal Service) or FedEx shipping. FedEx shipping includes a tracking number. We currently only ship in the United States.
If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, save the box and product(s), emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work out a solution.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Kennedy’s, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will credit your account for the full amount of your purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service department, however, and require a return authorization number.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.
Please send all returns to: Kennedy’s All-American Barber Club, 60 North Court Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801. Please be sure to include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number, as well as your return authorization number. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Kennedy’s in any way.
